Romans 11:25-36 | Theology Fuels Doxology
In these verses, Paul continues to speak specifically to his Gentile readers as he continues to lay out to them God's redemptive dealings with the Jews. This is something that he did not want them to be unaware of, and this “so to prevent them from becoming conceited and thinking that God has chosen them instead of Israel.” As Paul reflects back on Romans 9-11, he responds with, “Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!” (Romans 11:33) This should be the response of every one of us as we consider all God’s ways in salvation!
